Salen aproximadamente 25 galletitas

Ingredientes:
1 taza harina de soja
3/4 taza avena instantanea
1/2 cdita polvo para hornear
1/3 cdita bicarbonato de sodio
1/2 cdita de sal
1/2 taza azucar integral

Paso a paso:

1. Precalentar el horno a temperatura media (220 C, aproximadamente).
2. Poner todos los ingredientes en un bowl.

3. Mezclar bien hasta obtener una pasta homogenea.

4. Aceitar una asadera.

8. A disfrutar!

English version

Ingredients:

1 cup soy flour
3/4 cut oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup soy milk (regular milk can be used but it will not be vegan, then)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 big ripped banana (or a whole little one) smashed with a fork
1/4 cup chopped nuts (your favorite ones)
150 gs vegan chocolate chips

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to medium heat (about 220º C).
2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix until you get an homogeneous dough.
4. Grease a baking tin.
5. Using a spoon, place chunks of the mix on the baking tin. Keep them separate from each other because they will grow while cooking.
6. Bake for about 10 or 15 minutes, or until they get golden brown. Let them rest in the tin because if you try to take them off the tin while they are still warm, they will broke into pieces.
7. Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 until you get all the dough baked.
8. Enjoy!
